Buying and rental agreement
Buying our products
You will have submitted buying our product when you have approved and confirmed our email including the totals for shipping and handling.
Renting our products
For rental the agreement is finalized when you have signed our rental agreement (in Dutch) upon pick up of the goods

Transport
Transport will be effected over land and/or sea or by air, by means and methods of our shipping department, or in accordance with special instructions from our buyer.

Insurance
Goods are insured on request.

Damage
It may happen that goods are missing or damaged upon delivery. In that case, please notify us immediately by sending an email with all details to info@designfordelight.nl, provided the goods are insured by us. Claims for missing or short delivery items must be accompanied by a statement from the local freight forwarder or carrier. Upon reciept of you complaint, we will follow all necessary procedures and will inform you accordingly. Please note that this migt take a long time, possibly up to 3 months or more.

Return Policy
We describe our items online to our best intensions. If for some reason, you are unhappy with a product that you have ordered online, you can return the product within 10 days of receival. . When you have bought a product in our store in Zaandam, you can return the product within 10 workingdays of the actual invoice date. Under all circumstances the product should be in the same condition as when you bought the product. With exeption of  items that need to be ordered (such as new wallpaper) on customer´s request cannot be returned. These items will be ordered on requested size/ quantity of the customer and therfore cannot be returned. Also we are not to be held responsible for calculations made by us
